Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 15, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how ForexLAB Rebate collects, uses, shares and retains information when you use the rebate dashboard and related services.

1. Information we collect

We collect registration and profile information such as your email, first and last name, country and optional Telegram handle; broker account details such as broker name, account number, account type and currency; payout details such as USDT TRC-20 or other supported payout addresses; and support or admin records related to your account.

2. Broker partner reports

Participating brokers may provide partner reports that include account numbers, trading dates, instruments, traded volume, commission or reward fields and other reconciliation data. We use these reports to match accounts, calculate accruals, approve or void rebates, process payouts, investigate discrepancies and maintain an audit trail.

3. Technical and security data

We may process technical data such as login activity, password reset activity, email verification status, IP-derived rate-limit counters, browser/session data, security logs and basic analytics events. This information is used to secure the service, prevent abuse, measure key funnel activity and troubleshoot operational issues.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate the dashboard, verify email addresses, verify broker account ownership or attribution, calculate and approve accruals, process payout requests, prevent fraud and rebate abuse, secure the service, respond to support requests, comply with legal or broker requirements and improve the service.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with participating brokers when needed to verify account attribution, investigate discrepancies or comply with broker partner requirements; with payment providers or blockchain services to process payouts; with hosting, email, analytics, security and support providers; with professional advisers; and with authorities where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, CSRF protection, account security and basic site functionality. If analytics is enabled, we may use Plausible or Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage and conversion events such as calculator interaction, signup clicks, broker link clicks, account-link submissions and payout requests.

7. Security

Dashboard data is scoped to the authenticated user. Staff-only broker report files are stored for audit purposes and should not be publicly served. We use access controls, CSRF protection, secure production cookies, rate limiting and operational checks to reduce unauthorized access risk.

8. Retention

We retain account, broker-account, accrual, payout, broker-report and admin records for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain financial and audit records, investigate disputes or abuse, comply with legal obligations and defend our rights. Account deletion requests are handled manually during the normal support process and may not remove records we need to retain for audit, compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Your choices

You can update your Telegram handle, country and supported payout address in Settings. Your email is used for login, verification, password reset and account security. You can request correction or deletion of your account data through the EA Forex LAB contact channels, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business, audit, legal or security reasons.

10. International processing

Brokers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers and support tools may process information in countries other than your country of residence. We use such providers to operate the service and process broker-related data.

11. Contact
